Good afternoon! We just returned from this hotel, where we did not rest, but simply killed our vacation and got health problems! And now in order:
1) we arrived in the afternoon of October 2, approached the transfer and just got stuck for more than an hour, waiting for some family, as an employee of the travel agency claimed that they had not yet left. After a long wait, she just closed the door and we went with the same train that was originally.
2) On October 3, my child and my husband, after breakfast, went to the children's complex of water slides, where adults and children rode together. The slides were high enough for children, while none of the hotel staff controlled the order of descent.
Our daughter is 3.8 years old, so no one let her go down alone. Several times she went down in Dad's arms, and then I went with her, and my husband waited until we went down and began to follow us down. After he got down and started to get up from the slide, an adult man drove into him from behind at a fairly high speed.He drove his foot into his husband 's spine with all his might . I saw my husband twisting in pain, ran up to us and realized that he was not breathing normally, but only making wheezing noises. I started calling the medics and calling the insurance company to call an ambulance through them.The hotel's nurse came, while I was running for documents, my husband was taken to the medical center. They put him on a gurney and started measuring his saturation. After a while, his breathing stabilized, but the pain in his back did not let go. We were taken to the hospital, which is located in Lara. I will not describe the procedure for coordinating various manipulations with the insurance company and the hospital to identify my husband's diagnosis, since I have not encountered such "indifference" in my entire life, but after all the manipulations it turned out that my husband had a compression fracture of the vertebra of the 2nd degree. Then there were 5 days of trips with my little daughter between the hotel and the hospital, since my husband was hospitalized. My husband was banned from flying, and he was released only after the insurance company provided medical support to Krasnodar and business class. Just judge for yourself, my child and I flew to Krasnodar in 1.5 hours, and he got there for almost 12 hours!!!!!There is no direct flight from Antalya to Krasnodar, only charters.And instead of him flying with his family, he flew with a medic, who in fact was just sitting next to him. I flew first to Moscow, then waited for 6 hours and only after that I arrived in Krasnodar at 2:00. What kind of patient care are we talking about???? 12 hours on the road with a fractured vertebra on your own two feet???? It's so absurd that you wonder what the hospital was guided by in sending my husband home this way.... But back to the hotel, for all 5 days after the incident, the hotel management never called or offered help!!! I insisted on meeting several times, but after waiting more than 30 minutes at the reception, I realized that no one was going to communicate with me.After I came to the guest of the hotel and started demanding a meeting with the manager, some man came who did not understand anything in Russian and, through a service employee, only wished my husband a speedy recovery. However, they offered help in the form of a transfer to the hospital and that's it! They never apologized and showed with their whole appearance that this situation had nothing to do with them.…This is complete bestiality!They did not provide basic security for their guests and there could have been a small child in my husband's place! You imagine the consequences....They had to either regulate the descent or restrict entry to adults!!! Neither one nor the other was done!Utter indifference! My husband will have to recover for 4 months or more, and all just because someone is doing their job very poorly!!!Think about whether this hotel chain should be considered at all if its management is deeply "purple" about your safety and the safety of your children, and this, in my opinion, is the key!!!
Dead 4*!!! You shouldn't come here! And now for more details. For a vacation for 2 ADT and 1 CHL (3 years) I paid 350,000 rubles for 12 nights and what did I get:
1) a terrible little tired room with a view of some kind of roof, from where other residents threw off all sorts of slop, teas, coffee, etc. (photo attached)
2) An insanely poor selection of dishes, which were repeated from rack to rack the same several times, ostensibly trying to show that there are many dishes! But are people fools? There are no plates with the names of the dishes, so you will not understand what it is the first time! The hotel claims that they have fresh orange juice for breakfast!!! In fact, it's "50% water-50% juice- and a completely squeezed porridge of oranges floating at the top!!! The feeling that these are remnants of luxury! Shame on you! I must say right away: the food is not tasty at all!!! This is the weak point of the hotel! The food is all behind the glass! By the time you get what you need, you'll have a huge mountain of mixed slop there.
3) The hotel is 80% Turkish-oriented! The advantage is always given to them everywhere! Access at any time, everywhere, without queues, etc.
4) There is nothing at all for children under 4 years old! No entertainment, no animation, NOTHING! They will be rude to you and tell you that the kids club is not for you! There is no food for children either!!! In their opinion, this is 1 bean soup, fried potatoes and fried nuggets!
5) Now children after 4: you will get a mini club only on the street without air conditioning, the children there have scarlet cheeks!!! I sat there for 30 minutes, I felt sick, but what about the children?? Is it forbidden to hold anything in the building like because of the pandemic, of course, but there is no pandemic on the evening show? 3000 people are settled in the hotel!!! Everyone is rubbing against each other! So, there are only 8 carousels on the street in the club, of which 3 are rewound with duct tape! They're broken!!!! The mini club charges you money, as some activities are paid! Get ready!
6) Now the animation! They've been working for 6 days, but you see, nothing works for them! You won't see any stars or todes here! Maximum "miss hotel"! And this is for such a sum??? There are no discos, you can't see or hear animation during the day! I've seen them 1 time at Panton's in 13 days! And I recognized it by the clothes! Although in the neighboring hotel **** they have very cool music in the evenings, cool discos! We went there on the beach!
7) The beach is full of cigarette butts, no one cleans them. I understand that these are people! but! You have to clean them! Why should I lie in this dump???
8) Service -100!!! Many are rude, such as the animation manager and many waiters who do not speak either Russian or English at all!!!! Only Turkish! In the restaurant, look at the photo, there is no one, 5 counters and no one! You have to go and ask their majesty to come there and put food on your plate while they stand and chatter!
9) There is a luna park at the hotel, so my 3-year-old child couldn't wait for his turn, because fat girls of 20 years old were riding on the caterpillar carousel! There is a limit of up to 10 years on the carousel! but!!!! Let everyone in! They don't observe the "input-output" mode, everyone is so worried that you can't even get out of there! Really like cattle !
Before that, we were also in expensive, good hotels positioning ourselves and this is heaven and earth! This hotel has a red price of 120 thousand, but definitely not 300+. Shame on you!!!
The hotel barely pulls in 5 stars! There are crowds in the restaurant, finding a table for dinner is a big problem! At the same time, there is an area where the tables are not for guests with children!!! Despite the fact that the hotel is full! This is an outrage! The food is scarce, there are queues for it!!! By the time you wait for something to be put on your plate, everything else has already cooled down. We paid for the sea view, but we got a view of the garbage!!! At the same time, we paid 490,000 for a family of 4 people (2 children) and were told that there were no available rooms!!!!
There is nothing for children under 4 years old, no food, no entertainment.
The sea and beach are clean, the staff is polite.
We rested here in November:
Positive:
- a large selection of food and drinks
- timely cleaning
- a lot of Russian-speaking staff
- a large area
- a calm audience
- good rooms
Cons:
- only one pool is heated
- alcohol is not of the best quality
- the choice of food, although large, but the quality leaves much to be desired
- the same song is played in the restaurant hall in the morning, afternoon and evening
Great atmosphere, cozy rooms, courteous staff, delicious and varied food, a very good place to relax in winter-there are 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor heated), close to Antalya airport (15-20 minutes), in summer, there is even better, there is a water park with various slides and a small amusement park for children!
A huge beautiful hotel, a lot of interesting things, there is something to occupy yourself and children, a beautiful territory, there is where to walk, even in January it was super, bars are open all the time and everywhere, food and alcohol are constantly available without restrictions, do not forget to visit 7 restaurants by appointment and also go on a sightseeing tour of Antalya, all the best and the sun above your head ...)
The hotel is not bad, the service is on the level in bars and restaurants, a good spa, but expensive- but it's worth it. The food is delicious, the cleaning is certainly lame.

I didn't like the hotel. We were in October 2019. I have been in Turkey since the 90s, there is something to compare it with. There are a lot of people, places on the beach should be occupied in advance. The attitude towards Russian tourists is dismissive. They move into rooms with a view of the buses that arrive around the clock, or with a view of the neighboring Titanic hotel, where a disco is terribly loud every day. It is impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed. Some tourists are accommodated in rooms with views of the ventilation pipes or the wall. And when tourists ask at the reception to give them another room, they require an additional payment of 270 euros, although on the websites of Tour Operators in Moscow, such an additional payment costs only 20-30 euros. Gestrelation does not solve the problems they are being approached with. This is the first time I've encountered such an indifferent attitude. Although the hotel was renovated about 3 years ago, the renovation itself was done very poorly. Taps are constantly popping up in bathrooms and you need to put them back in to open or close. Towel holders and hooks are glued to liquid nails and peel off, you are afraid to touch them. The seams on the tiles are made by a blunder, they do not look neat. The animation is very weak, every day there are 10 people dancing on the stage, dances of the peoples of the world, it's boring to watch. The waiters in the restaurant are slow, they constantly bring warm white wine. You have to wait for drinks for a long time, you already finish eating, and the waiter just appears. I do not recommend this hotel!
The best hotel! Delicious food, a warm pool, a huge territory! The bar serves jack, black, Jamison, absolute. Wi-Fi is fast, hits all over the territory and even on the beach. The rooms are spacious, take a side sea view, great views.

It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport by a regular shuttle bus. We arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in time, for a small surcharge, we upgraded the room class and immediately checked in. The staff is very friendly, many people know Russian, everyone spoke English, there were no problems with communication. The room is great, the linen was cleaned and changed every day. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied, we didn't have time to try everything in 6 days. The sea, the territory, the pools, the gym - everything is super! In general, I recommend it.
We were in winter. A warm swimming pool, good saunas. A large area. The food is not five stars, but not bad. In winter, there is an a la carte restaurant with a capacity of 20 people, so it is very difficult to get there. Good strong alcohol and champagne. I couldn't get wine and beer, to put it bluntly, not very much. In winter, the animation consists of one children's room with two puzzles and one DIY option, but in principle you can go twice. In the evening there will be a mini disco and a show. There is a movie in a day or two in Russian. In summer, it is probably much more interesting due to water parks. But it is also worth its price for winter.

Stay at the hotel for a couple of days! We have arrived for the New Year holidays! The hotel is terrible, never come here!!!!
We arrived earlier than the check-in, the guys in front (a couple without children) were settled right away!!! My child and I (3 years old) were waiting for the right time, and a lot of Turks and foreigners, I heard them asking for a room with a view, etc., we have a sea view, well, we got this view from the first floor, about the replacement, they answered me, there are no rooms, this is the best. (There's another question for pegasus, we pointed to a higher floor) well, okay!
Then the kitchen and food, I read reviews that carry drinks for a long time, and I thought "these are lazy people", if not for one thing, but they are worn, but not by Russians!!! Turks, foreigners, yes, but you don't exist for them! Also, if you do not come to the beginning of the meal, the place is difficult to find, half is occupied, half is dirty, they are in no hurry to clean up.
And the "cherry on the cake" children have nothing to do here from the word at all!!!! Everything that you see in the photo on the Internet and the description of the hotel has nothing to do with reality, the mini club on the street (the same castle) is located between the hood and the trash can, BEHIND the hotel and that was closed, there is nothing else, NOT a single roller coaster or slide, the hotel is not a family, there is nothing for children to do here.
A pool, there is a heated one on the street, but why did they make such a long way to it, walking with a child after swimming along a fresh street, 300-400 meters, may be fraught, and an indoor pool is one name, 2x3 meters, shallow!
For this money, go and choose other places, do not make our mistake
I checked in today, thanks for not having to wait until 14:00, but Russians really don't like here.. they dance around foreigners, they will leave you in the process of solving the issue if one of the foreigners approaches. First, they moved into a room for the disabled, asked to change, and eventually settled into a room with a view of the wall and the industrial zone. But since I was on the road all night, and I no longer had the strength to contact them, I didn't bother, I stayed in it. That's such a disgusting first impression, it's a pity, let's see what happens next. I came to this hotel for the first time and, I think, for the last time. I chose from 3 hotels, this one is more expensive than all, but in terms of quality, it's still the worst, but I have something to compare it with. I will definitely not advise anyone.
We had a rest in September 2019 . A family with a child. The hotel as a whole is not bad. But in our opinion, it is not worth the money given for the tour. The most profitable service. You always need to contact the customer service. When checking in, there were no accessories (shampoo , gel , etc.). They forgot to clean it, they cleaned it normally after the appeal. In restaurants, you need to look for places and wait for them to be cleaned. The waiters are not efficient, not courteous, very noisy. The animation is weak. Winds in the second half and waves. Small fish bite near the shore. The food is good, there are its own chips. We will never return to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it.
We arrived as a family with two children. We are here for the first day. And immediately an incident occurred. We came to the room from the sea, my husband washed in the shower and when he opened the shower door (it was jammed), the door shattered into many small fragments. Minor cuts on his back and arm, but his leg was seriously injured - he stepped on a pile of shards. The nurse was able to find and pull out four pieces, but it is not known how many more are left - they said a doctor would arrive tomorrow morning and take a look. While my husband was being bandaged, we were moved to another room, but it turned out to be for three ...., well, rather, there was a sofa for the fourth person, but he was clearly inferior to the previous one. I refused and they took us further, brought us to the same room as it was originally.... Well, then I couldn't stand it and said that we could probably count on something better as compensation. As a result, as a result of long negotiations, we were given a more comfortable family room, although one of the two air conditioners does not work here))
In general, the attitude was amazing! No one was going to make amends. And they didn't even seem to apologize, although I could have missed it in a state of stress....

Our love for Turkey began in 2008, we repeatedly rested in different hotels in Antalya (Venice Palace, Kremlin, Svandor), were in Kemer (Queens Park), in Belek (Siam Elegance). This year we got acquainted with Delphin Be Grand Resort. We had a rest from 22.09 to 01.10.2019. We returned today. We really liked everything: the hotel itself, infrastructure, staff, food, drinks, entertainment programs. Even the numerous fish in the sea that don't bite. In our presence, no one was bitten for 10 days, the children even fed them with their hands. Whoever wrote about their impressions, everyone will have their own! Delphin Be Grand!! We love you!!! We will be happy to come again!!!

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. If you are still thinking, do not doubt, pack your things and come! The service, food, and pools are beyond praise. The guest service is very attentive and responsive. As for the sea and the weather: on March 1, we swam in the sea, but you won't have lunch for a long time, it's cold, the bar is open, it's + 20 outside, comfortable. They were even burned. We are in paradise. Have a seat!
The most ordinary hotel is not worth the money we paid, the service is terrible, it is better not to leave anything in the rooms, glasses were stolen during cleaning.. It's disgusting.. The balcony was hung with a full-length flag.. but how to get out and see.. I don't recommend it.. only the kitchen is good, but we are not going to eat, but to relax.. the overall impression is negative..We have been here since 09.10.2019 for a week..
We rested here twice. I don't like repetitions, but the hotel is wonderful. This year we are taking friends there, it's nice to relax when everything suits you.
The hotel is good. But there are disadvantages. Cleaning the bathroom. Old yellow towels. During the week, they never put shampoo on, although they talked about it twice. One small bottle of shower gel is also very small for two adults. In general, there are no questions about the kitchen. Varied, sea foods every day (fish,mussels, shrimp). The range of drinks is large. High-quality drinks in glass. The mini bar in the room is very decent. The toilets in the common areas are clean. A very good gym. That's great.!!! There are wishes-to make an adult zone on the beach (I note that this zone is in the restaurant)
