There is something to strive for! Like it · Excellent location: of course, not everything is within walking distance, but since this was the second visit to Samarkand, this was not necessary. The hotel is new, the street is quiet, the room is clean and cozy. We cleaned daily, as well as changed towels. Our room had a separate table with chairs for evening gatherings. It's like everything is on the plus side. I didn't like it · 1. The payment was made only in cash, while the change was given out only at the end of the next day - and this was in local currency (they paid in dollars). 2. Bathrobes were provided on a separate request. 3. The worst thing was with breakfast: whoever didn't make it to 7:30 is his own enemy. The situation only worsened with each passing day of stay: the juice (there was only 1 type) was lucky to taste only on the first day, then there were no fried eggs, then there were other dishes, then butter would be given out of the freezer on request. And this is despite the small number of residents, as well as the hall manager who is constantly in sight (we concluded this about the functions of the girl present). The dishes, alas, were also not very diverse. We got the feeling that the hotel is one structure with well-established processes, and the kitchen is a separate diocese. 4. During our stay, the facade was redecorated, and for some reason, the window was tightly covered with plastic wrap, which made the fresh air in the room desperately lacking - we had to ask to remove the interference, although for the declared stardom of the hotel, this could have been avoided on our own, without our hints and requests.
