I visited this hotel in June.A lot of things need to be improved to make it comfortable.The room smelled damp, as I hadn't ventilated it.The garbage was not taken out.I don't know about the floors, they probably didn't wash them.I didn't notice the cleaning.Breakfasts and dinners are like in prison.The porridges are normal, the rest is nothing to worry about.There's not even milk for coffee. On the plus side, a good pool, good rooms, a dining room, shops, a beach and the Psou border crossing are within walking distance. Among the disadvantages, the peculiar attitude of the staff, we did not feel any special joy from our stay with them. A third of the way to the beach you have to walk along a carriageway without a sidewalk, and local drivers are "hot horsemen", they do not slow down even on turns, especially you need to be more careful with children. Electricity is often cut off in the republic, as a result, it is not possible to take a shower and use the toilet, since water is supplied by a pump, and there is no generator in the hotel. We definitely would not have gone to this guest house a second time, even if we had decided to go to Abkhazia again.

Lettuce is cut into chunks, although salads are loudly said: tomato, cut into huge chunks and pepper, seasoned with vinegar. Mashed potatoes are like glue. For breakfast, cheap sausages, sausage, yoghurts that cost 14 rubles and preheated ready-made pancakes. The sea is 7-10 minutes away. The beach is not equipped, there is an unfinished building on the shore, it is dirty. There is no hairdryer and kettle in the rooms. But the hotel has a small kitchen, you can cook there yourself, we did not use the kitchen, but some vacationers did. By the way, once we got into a scandal with the same administrator Tatiana, passing by, we heard her yelling at some man that he dragged all the knives from her kitchen, he told her that he did not take them, but she persistently screamed, not hearing anyone around!Even before we were there, a woman with her daughters was kicked out of the gazebo next to the pool, explaining that the gazebo was for gatherings in the evenings, for some reason it was impossible to sit in it during the day!And she says all this with pretensions, as if someone was guilty in front of her!He scolds adults like little naughty children! The sea is about 300-350 meters away. And the hotel itself is a kilometer from the border, which is very convenient.

We absolutely did not like the hotel, although we chose it based on the good reviews on the Booking. It is suspected that many of them are written by Crystal employees themselves. The first thing that caught my eye was the staff - everyone except the maid Guli hates the hotel guests and walks around with a sullen face like "how tired we are of you all here." The owner of the hotel is a man of about 70 years old, every morning he shouts loudly in the courtyard as if he wants to be heard on the next street. A couple of times we heard him talking obscenely and aggressively with someone from the staff. He's a terrible guy. The children are behaving badly in the yard, shouting loudly, running around the dining room, interfering with people's rest and dinner. The favorite activity of the guests of this hotel is drinking alcoholic beverages. So the father of one of the girls, who chased around the yard every evening and screamed loudly, took out 4-5 empty bottles of Sukhum beer every day. I also didn't like the food in the dining room, everything is of poor quality, mashed potatoes are impossible to eat, pastries are disgusting, they save on everything. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, from 6 a.m. the neighbors slam the doors, move the beds on the tiles, you will definitely not be able to relax in this hotel.

Now about the food at the hotel. They took breakfast first, but then refused. Porridge is burnt every day and for 250 rubles. you can have breakfast in a cafe on the counter. Choose the dishes yourself and it's cheaper!!!Before choosing this hotel, we reread all the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating, but no. Everything turned out to be true!
