Only a few weeks old. Capanna in Khiva feels like a quiet breath between history and today. Soft lights, warm smiles, and food that tastes like care. Fresh herbs, honest flavors, and a calm elegance in every plate. A gentle escape in the heart of old Khiva. A gentle reminder that life is beautiful. The service is great.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, but there were a few disappointing things. First, when my friends and I wanted to order Coke, we were told that only the 250 ml cans were available. We ordered them, finished them quickly, and wanted more. A little later, another table ordered Coke and was served a 1.5 L bottle. When I asked the waiter why we couldn’t order the same, he gave an unclear explanation about it being their “policy,” but it didn’t really make sense. It felt inconsistent and unfair. Another issue was with the service. I ordered something from one of the waitresses, and after waiting for quite a while, she admitted that she had simply forgotten to place the order. Mistakes happen, but it was still disappointing. The prices are reasonable for people with a regular income, though they may feel a bit expensive for some customers. Despite these issues, the food and atmosphere were genuinely good. I just hope the restaurant improves its service and applies the same rules to every customer.

Oasis in the middle of the desert Excellent location: clean, European, Georgian, Asian cuisine. The menu is physical in Uzbek, in Russian using a coupon code, and payment by card. Lounge + outdoor tables. The kitchen is at a decent level. Separately, about the service, our offer is simply the best of all that we have met in Khiva. Thank you Muniz!

We just came in for a coffee, but we really enjoyed the reception from the staff. They were received as dear guests. Very friendly and sincere.) The interior is cozy. There are outdoor tables with sofas and upholstered chairs.Clear. The coffee is good, the tea is delicious, San Sebastian is wonderful! Thank you!) We recommend it to everyone. PS Prices, especially after restaurants after Ichankala, seem simply heavenly.

Visiting the Capanna restaurant was a real gastronomic discovery! The interior delights with sophistication, and the atmosphere immerses in a sense of celebration. Each dish is a work of art: perfectly balanced tastes, impeccable presentation. I was especially impressed with Tom yam soup, steaks and Georgian dishes — the harmony of the ingredients is simply fascinating. The service is at the highest level: the staff is attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends!
