One of the most iconic landmarks in Berlin. The tower is impressive from the outside, but going up to the observation deck is the real highlight. From there you get a 360° view over the whole city, it’s especially beautiful at sunset when Berlin lights up. There’s also a rotating restaurant which makes the experience even more unique. It can get busy, so booking tickets in advance is recommended

The tallest tower in Germany and the third tallest in Europe. Despite the fact that tickets are expensive (even with a Berlin welcome card), this wonderful piece of GDR art is still worth a visit. The tower offers a 360-degree view of Berlin. Visitors can visit two floors of the tower: the observation deck and the restaurant, which has a bar adjacent to the observation deck. You can look at the world clock from the side. Looking down from the TV tower, it seems that the color of the glass brings a physical “Soviet filter” to the city, which is very interesting.

A wonderful place to spend a romantic evening before leaving Berlin, when the sights have already been explored. From a height of more than 200 meters, the city appears in the palm of your hand. If you get to the TV tower before sunset, you can see all the sights again, already from a bird's-eye view, watch as the city plunges into darkness, lights turn on, and cars passing below turn into headlights. You can use binoculars located around the perimeter of the observation deck. To enhance the experience, you can visit the restaurant located just above the observation deck. A high-speed elevator with a transparent ceiling deserves special praise, which will take you to the observation deck in a matter of seconds.
