The limit for transactions on the card is 10 pcs/day. I have never seen such insanity anywhere. I can't even use taxis and scooters - the card is blocked. And what does security have to do with it? Set a limit on the amounts, not this nonsense with the quantity. They work only in the Soviet way - through statements. No questions can be solved online or over the phone.

This is a horror, not a bank. For 3 years, the bank has not invested a single penny in the development of the company. Transfers between banks don't really work, delays of up to several days. Support is a separate topic: 5 days! it took them to change the phone number and restore access to the app (eternal tomorrow, tomorrow). On the 4th day, it is impossible to solve the problem with transfers, it feels like they are artificially creating obstacles so that customers do not withdraw money. The bank absolutely does not fight for customers. What kind of relationship should the client conclude after this?! Of course, run from this bank as soon as possible, close all accounts and forget about this bank.

It's the worst bank I've ever seen - the app doesn't work forever. transfers-deposits do not work, there are no notifications on the phone (Russian number) They don't come. The bank's digitalization is at the "god" level (this is sarcasm). Support doesn't really help. You can wait months for the issue to be resolved. In general, never again!
