Disgusting hotel. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights. We checked around 6pm, paid, and were given a key to the room. When we went to the room - the carpet was disgusting and dirty, there were someone else’s suitcases and the room was dirty with old furniture. Then they gave us another room, “upgraded room” (photos included). The AC didn’t work, the furniture was so old and in a terrible condition, the bed was about 175cm in length which is so short for an average hotel, and this hotel is advertised as 4 starts hotel!!! We were told that there are no other rooms available and they cannot offer anything better. It was an awful and dirty room and we left and booked another hotel. Yet we still had to pay for one night, which is just a scam for an awful disgusting rooms that they are offering for $50 a night minimum. Wouldn’t even give it a one star. What a scam
