Here is a variant of a large, but constructive negative review.: I want to leave an extremely negative review about the work of the I'm restaurant in the Mega shopping center on Rozybakieva Street. Unfortunately, this is far from the first time I've encountered terrible service here. This time, the situation just pissed me off. The order was prepared for a very long time. The first order was already cold, although it took a long time to wait for it. When I tried to find out how long to wait for the second order, the staff could not give a normal answer. No one explained the reason for the delay, no one apologized for the wait. I would also like to mention an employee named Nazarke. She couldn't properly explain where my order was, which is why it was eventually given to other people. After that, I had to wait about 20 more minutes, sort it out and literally swear to get what I had already paid for. What is most outraging is not even the error itself, but the complete lack of service. Not a single apology, no desire to solve the problem quickly or somehow smooth out the situation. Such an attitude towards the guests is absolutely unacceptable. I'm very disappointed. If this is not the first time such situations have occurred, then this is not an accident, but a systemic problem. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service, work with the staff and take measures so that other visitors do not encounter such an attitude.

There are a lot of staff, the service is slow, and the potatoes in the combo are dry. Either the scoreboard is not working, or the ice cream machine. It's such a popular place, but they don't keep a stamp.
