Definitely the worst bus station in Europe. The atmosphere inside is depressing, with only two shops operating out of all the kiosks, and only one ticket counter. The windows of all the kiosks are covered with some newspapers. I missed my bus at 9 a.m., even though I arrived at the station at 8:40 a.m. I was waiting for the bus on the street, where it usually drops off passengers. But it turned out that boarding the bus is carried out inside the station, on the platform, which can only be accessed through the red door (pictured). There are no markings on the door that it leads to the platform. In general, there is no information about anything at the station, no electronic board, no paper signage. There was another girl waiting for the bus outside, who was on her way to Slovenia. And I missed the bus for the same reason. I had to buy a new ticket with departure in 4 hours.
