I came to your store today to shop for perfume and was a bit disappointed with the service I received. When I was sampling the fragrances, the sales assistant was not at all approachable: she offered no consultation, didn’t smile once, and showed absolutely no interest in my preferences. I would hope that your staff could be more proactive moving forward — this would go a long way toward making the shopping experience more pleasant for all customers.
