Overall a good hotel for a great price. I stayed there for 6 nights. What you liked:polite staff, delicious and hearty breakfasts (for such a small hotel, they are very decent, the only coffee from the breakfast machine is made only for an additional fee). The room is warm, with a large shower and underfloor heating, a comfortable bed, and towels were cleaned and changed every day. What I didn't like: at the entrance, I noticed that all the furniture was scratched and in some places it didn't look good. I also noticed that there was dust in some places.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, we really liked everything: the breakfasts were great and quite varied, and we didn't get tired of them in 5 days. Desserts were eaten only at the hotel, they didn't even take them in restaurants. I would like to mention the staff - polite and helpful people, they speak Russian, they helped with all issues. They offered tea or coffee not even during breakfast. There was a spa available on request, but we did not use it, there is a small gym. There are cute parrots at the reception. It's a little dark in the room, but that's the only negative. New plumbing and good repair. Cleaning every day, towels, shampoos, slippers, hairdryer, kettle and tea set - everything is there. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Very good impressions of the hotel.

It's just a wonderful hotel. We stayed there at the end of April. Very friendly staff, always tried to help us. The hotel is very clean, cleaning every day, beds/pillows are comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. The location is a little far from the center, but considering that taxis in Baku are inexpensive, this did not mar our vacation in any way. On the day of our departure, they even arranged for us to have breakfast at 5 a.m. It was very pleasant. I recommend Arium to everyone. I really want to come back to you :)
