I ordered bubble tea, and there's a glass with large tapioca balls attached to the name on the menu, but in fact they brought me regular tea without them. The barista honestly explained that they did not have tapioca and that it did not go into this drink at all. This violates the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" (art. 7) — information about the product must be reliable. I'm very disappointed.

It's just disgusting. Even 1 star is a pity, the bubble tasted like tap water with 3.5 balls. There are no caps. I'm sorry, what? Almost 12p of the drink, but there are no caps. What kind of canteen service is this? Dear owners, if you do not have the money to finance the establishment, please close it and do not upset the consumers.

The photo shows how the donut box looks on the website and what we got. We ordered a size M, but in fact, you can see for yourself. This is terrible! It's not just the size of the doughnuts: the glaze didn't taste right, some of the flavors were too "chemical" — for example, mango, the dough is very dense. And the most interesting thing is that the weight of the box is not specified anywhere, only the number of donuts. Is this done so that no one can make reasonable claims?
