I do not recommend this company. During the sales process, they promise quick issue resolution, full support, assistance from legal and accounting professionals, and a high level of service. However, in practice, most of these claimed advantages are absent. After payment, a group chat was created, but responses often took 3–4 days. Although several company representatives were present in the chat, there was no effective communication or proper customer service. Assistance with opening a bank account was essentially not provided. The consultations and support listed in the pricing package were also not delivered. It was nearly impossible to quickly reach the responsible specialists or receive timely help when needed. As a result, instead of the expected support, I experienced constant delays, lack of feedback, and unnecessary stress. If you value your time and peace of mind, I would recommend considering a private accountant or another company with a more responsible approach to customer service.
