Kamolon Osh - место, где для меня закончилась ташкентская "пловная рулетка" Пловная лотерея в Ташкенте - штука азартная. Нашёл идеальное место, пришёл через неделю, а там то рис сухой, то мясо жёсткое. Знакомо? Я для себя эту рулетку остановил здесь. Прихожу в Kamolon Osh уже раз десятый, и стабильность тут - железные 10 из 10. В наше время такой предсказуемый результат - огромная редкость. Плов сегодня точно такой же, как месяц назад. Ребята вообще не жадничают: мяса реально много, оно мягкое и буквально тает во рту. Рис идеальный, баланс масла соблюден отлично - плов не плавает в жире, но и не сухой. Всё как надо. Если вы, как и я, цените гарантированно топовый вкус без неприятных сюрпризов на тарелке - искренне рекомендую заехать сюда на обед. Мой личный рекомендасьон!

The Osh Bar was recently opened. Delicious pilaf. There are 5 types of pilaf: wedding pilaf, Samarkand pilaf, tea pilaf, Sophie pilaf, Bukhara pilaf. I liked everything, it was civil, not as expensive as in the pilaf museum on Malaya Koltsevaya and tastier than beshkazan on Glinka. There is a lot of space - 2 floors. The waiters are efficient, they didn't even have time to wash their hands, as everything is ready.
