The Osh Bar was recently opened. Delicious pilaf. There are 5 types of pilaf: wedding pilaf, Samarkand pilaf, tea pilaf, Sophie pilaf, Bukhara pilaf. I liked everything, it was civil, not as expensive as in the pilaf museum on Malaya Koltsevaya and tastier than beshkazan on Glinka. There is a lot of space - 2 floors. The waiters are efficient, they didn't even have time to wash their hands, as everything is ready.

I found the perfect place, came back a week later, and there the rice was dry, then the meat was tough. Is it familiar? I stopped this roulette game for myself here. I've been coming to Kamolon Osh for the tenth time, and the stability here is an iron 10 out of 10. Nowadays, such a predictable result is extremely rare. Pilaf is exactly the same today as it was a month ago. The guys aren't greedy at all: there's really a lot of meat, it's soft and literally melts in your mouth. The rice is perfect, the oil balance is perfectly maintained - the pilaf does not float in fat, but it is not dry either. Everything is as it should be. If you, like me, appreciate guaranteed top-notch taste without unpleasant surprises on your plate, I sincerely recommend stopping by for lunch. My personal recommendation!
