The once–new buses on the Atyrau - Uralsk route are now in poor condition. Maintenance does not seem to be carried out properly. In some buses, there are broken seats, the toilet does not work and is simply closed. The luggage compartment is leaky: when it rains, the things in the bag turn out to be wet upon arrival.

Hello, LAVATRANS! Will you ever have a toilet in Atyrau-Kulsary-Atyrau intercity buses? One name is that supposedly comfortable buses. How many times do I drive, the toilet doesn't work at all, and if the door to the toilet is open, then there is no water, it's completely unsanitary. Should we send a letter to the akimat of Atyrau?
