We were told the wait time for a table would be 20–30 minutes, which was reasonable. But after more than an hour of standing around, we checked in only to be told we’d need to wait at least another 15 minutes. No apology, no update unless we asked – just poor organization and a complete lack of respect for people’s time. No matter how good the food is (and let’s be honest, no breakfast is that life-changing), this kind of unprofessional service ruins the entire experience. If you value your time or appreciate basic hospitality, this place simply isn’t worth it.

Странная интерпретация бефстроганов с жестким мясом. Шницель пересушен до коричневого цвета панировки, внутри даже не ясно какое мясо используется и подозреваю, что из за старого масла пахнет рыбой. Котлета по Пожарски тоже в нетрадиционной панировке. Впечатление от заведения отрицательное

My family and I had the most wonderful meal at this establishment. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Nick, who made us feel so welcome! He offered us to sit on the sofa while our table was being prepared and once seated talked us through the menu and helped me choose the perfect glass of bubbles to accompany my meal. The bubbles, produced in Rostov is a must try, especially if you're new to Russian wines like me. The meal itself was suberb, exquisite flavours, fresh and unique. Our young children also enjoyed their food and the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. Nikita's service was also brilliant, thank you for being so attentive. I've managed many 5 star hotels around the world, so service is something I'm very particular about and Nick you're service was 5 stars! If we travel back to NN, we're definitely coming back here!
