Absolutely terrible dining experience – avoid at all costs! We initially planned to eat upstairs, but a private event prevented that. So, we ordered seafood paella, waited a long time, and were served a mushroom paella instead. It was not what we expected, and after just a small bite to confirm its poor quality, we found it unappetizing and we decided to leave cause we don't want to waste more time waiting for some other poorly cooked food. The restaurant demanded we pay for the entire dish when we had only took a bite. When we refused, citing the incorrect order and poor taste, they actually threatened to call the police! After a heated argument and involving a manager, we eventually only paid for our drinks. Unacceptable service, incorrect dish, and genuinely bad food. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere.

The Inzhu Restaurant in Almaty is a place where modern gastronomy meets breathtaking views. Located on Kok-Tobe, it offers the opportunity to enjoy fine cuisine while admiring the panorama of the evening city and the mountains of the Trans-Ili Alatau. The interior is designed in an elegant minimalist style: soft shades, natural materials and large panoramic windows create an atmosphere of lightness and privacy. And in summer it is especially pleasant to spend time on the outdoor terrace, which offers an extraordinary view of Almaty. The cuisine here is a real fine dining experience. Under the guidance of chef Zhanar Aimusheva, chefs create dishes that combine the best traditions of European and Mediterranean schools. The guests especially praise the marbled beef, lamb and seafood. And sweet lovers should definitely try the gastronomic desserts served in the restaurant. In addition, the restaurant has an impressive wine list and a professional sommelier who will help you choose the perfect accompaniment for dinner. The service here is excellent: the waiters work professionally and thoughtfully, and the restaurant is ideally suited for special events, such as weddings, due to its clear organization of work. The average check is about 15,000 tenge, but the impressions received and the quality of the dishes fully justify the costs. Inju is an ideal place for a romantic date, a gastronomic trip or just to feel like a part of something great, plunging into the world of tranquility and true taste.
