An extremely unpleasant experience today, March 8, with an order from the Caucasian Captive. Firstly, the order was accepted only after 1.5 hours, which is already strange, especially on a holiday. Secondly, when placing an order, I specifically specified the shish kebab serving. I was told that, as usual, pickled onions, sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes go with it. But in fact, they only brought us shish kebab and lula kebab - just meat, no onions, no vegetables and no sauce. When I called to clarify, I was told that:"they've run out of sauce," the courier may have lost the onion, "and they don't have to put anything but meat in at all. The most interesting thing is that the receipt indicated the sauce for which we were charged, although we did not even order it and it was not in the order. I think this is at least disrespectful to the customers. If you know that the serving will be only meat without everything else, you need to honestly warn about it in advance. Then the customer has the choice to order at another place. It is very unpleasant to encounter such a service, especially on a public holiday.

Excellent summer cafe with live music on the terrace. Delicious lamb kebabs, delicious khachapuri and excellent service. The cafe resembles Almaty with an abundance of vegetation around.
