Waiting in line for quite a long time. The service is good, the staff is great. On a day off, there was one customer service specialist and two cash desks, one of which was periodically closed. In all branches, there is an advertisement for an application that supposedly allows you to book a queue. I don't know about other branches, but it turned out to be impossible to book a queue through the app.

Terrible bank!!! I took a coupon to a specialist at 20.00, the bank is open until 21. And.... For an HOUR of work, the specialist took THREE people, after the third 10 minutes she talked on the phone and, asking if I was going to her, said that she would not have time to serve me, because the working day was over.... The question is, HOW can you work so slowly!!!This was the last trip to this bank, and that's how they lose customers (((

The exchange rate at this bank is good, but such long queues and such slow service are the hardest test for the nervous system. Both legal entities and individuals are suffering. Currency exchange takes the last place in the electronic queue algorithm. A queue of two people for currency exchange once cost 2 hours of waiting. Maybe pre-registration helps, I haven't tried it yet.
