1) They make appoinments by phone. When you come to the hospital you have to stay in the line and repeat exactly the same. It doesnt make sense - what is the point of asking the same info by phone and wait for in the line and repeat the same. 2) They never see you on time. There are always delays. 3) Their doctors don't know how to use the computer to check the analyses or notes from other doctors exactly from the same branch! 4) They ask to go downstairs, print the results there, and come back. Other doctors don't even know what to do and just try to send to same doctor who sent you to them.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I did an X-ray and CT scan of the shoulder after the fracture. The X-ray was examined by 2 surgeons and one traumatologist, who said that the pictures were terrible and needed to be redone. When I arrived to do a CT scan, it was recorded by the time I arrived at my time, there was a queue in the office, and as a result, I sat for more than an hour in the hallway in a live queue. I also asked the employee to send the results of my CT scan to the mail. After 5 days, I got the result, and instead of the pictures, there was a pdf file with an MRI scan of my knee, not a CT scan of my shoulder.…
