Today we specially came to the store for a baby carriage. There was no model in the audience that they wanted to see. From what was available, we found one stroller, but it turned out to be defective. We decided to find an employee and ask who can advise us on the assortment and help us choose. They approached the store employee. To a polite question: "Who can I consult about strollers? Who will help us?" she replied literally, "No one will help you here," turned around and left. There was no further dialogue. Neither "wait", nor "a colleague will come up now", nor an attempt to solve the problem. As a result, we had to leave the store with nothing.
