A wonderful hotel, which we are happy to return to for the third time. Very polite and attentive staff, always ready to help. The rooms are compact, but thoughtful and cozy. Separately, I would like to mention a comfortable bed and excellent sound insulation — the room is quiet and comfortable at any time. The location is also at a height: there is a tram stop and a ferry station nearby, which makes getting around the city as convenient as possible.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through Tinkoff Travel. But when I arrived, I had a tourist's nightmare - the reception said that my reservation was not available, they did not work with this service, the hotel was overcrowded. An employee of Smart & Simple settled the situation with Tinkoff, put me in a suite for the first night (a clean room with a nice balcony), and then attached me to a neighboring hotel, which has the same owners. Smart and Simple have an ideal location. Everything a traveler needs is nearby. Pleasant area, 5 minutes walk from the Bosphorus.

Excellent NEW hotel, very satisfied with your choice. We stayed in the Superior room from March 7 to March 13, 2025. The hotel is very clean, excellent bed linen, pillows, mattresses, we slept great. The room has an electric kettle and tea accessories, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer. Coffee, tea, and pastries can be made in the lobby. The hotel has been rebuilt, this is a well-known problem (it often happens in Istanbul) As there is NO sewer smell!! There is an elevator!, it was one of the criteria of our choice. There is a terrace on the 4th floor, we rested there several times after walking. The hotel is well located - close to buses, trams, ferries, metro. Attractions - Galata Tower, Istiklal street 10 min walk, Bosphorus embankment, Galata Bridge 5 min walk. There are many cafes nearby, two supermarkets Carrefur and SOK. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff member, Zoir, and we thank him for his detailed recommendations and answers to our questions. All the staff are friendly and very pleasant. Zoir gave us his Istanbul kart transport card, which saved us a lot of time and money. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The video was made for relatives, don't pay attention to the voiceover.
