Hello everyone! We had a rest at the Pitsunda 1 guest house, we really liked it. The administrator Elena coped with her duties very well, if she made a remark about the case. There are no gadgets: upon check-in, they did not tell the nuances of living in a guest house such as using TV, boil water in a kettle once, then pour it out - the water is not tasty at the second boiling. There is little space in the kitchen - one sink, a stove on 4 shelves. It can often be a little cramped, but in general you can live. And so everything is clean, there is a generator, with a prolonged power outage, it saves, although the air conditioners will not work at the same time. The guest house is well located, there is also its own Parking for 6-7 cars.. The barbecue area, there is also a smoking room.

We rested here in July 2022, the place is gorgeous, to the beach - go to a small pine forest in 5 minutes, the sea is clean, (we were on the beach from the side of Ldzaa - the sea was dirty) near a shop, the city center, pharmacies, there are also many cafes and restaurants. The room is cozy, the repair is good, there is a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi. There were no interruptions with the water. There was only one interruption. We provided towels and blankets in case we get cold at night. The kitchen is shared, the kitchen has the necessary utensils, clean - everyone cleans up after themselves, I didn't notice any dirt)) There is a barbecue area, skewers can also be taken in the kitchen) There is parking on site, but small cars for 3-4

We had a rest in May 2023 .It is close to the sea, close to shops, pharmacy, canteen,cafe.The administrator Lena makes remarks if you wash few things in the machine, in the kitchen she indicates which dishes to take, came up and silently covered the frying pan with a lid, constantly heated pancakes for breakfast, the hostess next to the administrator.It's kind of weird.One burner, wait for someone to cook the soup.The hostess has a lot of relatives with children, they run from morning to night.A new house is under construction, renovation, noise, different people back and forth.We left in the morning and came in the evening, but that was enough time.Wi-Fi was almost always asked to be turned on, the admin sometimes said something was not in the know, we connected to the Irene hotel on the contrary, they have a password written on the receptionist.In the evening, you go to your room, and they look at you, what are you carrying in a bag.In general, we were not comfortable with something, but we arrived, rested and left, gained positive impressions and remember, but forgot about Julia and Elena
