The place is beautiful, the coffee is good, and the desserts are delicious. But when we asked for a regular glass of water to wash down a pill, we were refused and offered to either buy a bottle of water or make an additional order (for example, coffee) to get water. Honestly, it's a strange approach to the guests. It wasn't about free bonuses, but about a basic human request. This attitude leaves an unpleasant impression and is unlikely to want to return.
