We constantly bought jewelry in this store and everything seemed fine , but as it turned out , before the first question arose . It feels like the store is selling disposable wedding rings! I bought my wife an expensive 22 diamond ring here less than a year ago. His WIFE wore it as carefully as possible, only on special occasions, as befits an expensive piece of jewelry. And what's the result? The diamond HAS FALLEN OUT! When we came with a claim, we were simply DENIED the WARRANTY, accusing us of "improper operation"! How is this even possible? Did the ring just crumble from "proper" operation? The store is completely not responsible for the quality of its products and simply shrugs off customers. Think ten times before you buy something important here, like wedding rings. This is pure deception and disappointment! From now on, Sokolov stores are blacklisted for our family.
