I would like to express my gratitude to the travel agency for a well-organized vacation in Egypt! I would especially like to note the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The managers were always in touch, promptly resolved all issues that arose and helped with any little things, which made our vacation really comfortable and carefree. The hotel was ideally chosen, fully met our expectations, and all arrangements were completed accurately and on time. I applied to Adiona-Tour to organize a tour to Istanbul. I worked with Diana's manager. She quickly found the right option: a hotel in the center, within walking distance of the main attractions — the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park. The metro station and tram stop are a 2-minute walk away, near supermarkets and pharmacies. Diana took into account all our wishes, checked hotel reviews and recommendations, and provided full information on booking, transfer, and tour conditions. Everything is clear and understandable. I am very pleased with the work of the travel agency, everything is professionally organized: from the selection to the confirmation of all documents. The hotel fully met expectations, and the stay was comfortable.
