Dear Speedaf Team, I hereby express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided regarding the delivery of my order. Despite being listed as delivered in the system, I did not receive the package at my address, which caused me inconvenience and loss. I consider it unacceptable that a logistics company does not ensure correct delivery to the addressee. I request an immediate investigation and a clear answer as to the whereabouts of my order.
