I visited this establishment on 10/25/2025 and ordered takeout. While I was paying for my order at the counter with the cash register, either a mouse or a small rat ran into the kitchen a meter away from me (despite the fact that the place and the kitchen were crowded). The kitchen is small and the food is being prepared a couple of meters from the place where the rat was. I told the staff and talked to the manager, I was unhappy, but the money was returned to me. When asked what they would do about this problem, they said it was just because they were on the ground floor and the door to the terrace was open, so she ran in. That is, they were not going to do anything about it. I loved this place and often went there with my wife, but now I don't set foot there. I want to protect and warn others, be careful.
