Living here on assignment for 3 years, i am always taking my clients from all over the world (and European part of Russia) to 4 Restaurants in Vladivostok. And one of them is Uliss. Really great, not just cuisine, but service, atmosphere and outside views. If you haven’t been to this place before, please do. You will enjoy 🤩
