Milfey is no longer the same I have been a client of the salon for five years now. When I first came there, the staff was good, but now, after the rebranding, it makes me sad. The interior and layout have become uncomfortable and mediocre. They probably wanted to attract a male audience with a more restrained interior, there were more masters for men's haircuts. Actually, that's what I got to. I couldn't get to the top master I signed up for because of his illness, and I was offered another one. I didn't have time to think about it, so I agreed. I did not insist on washing my hair, I suggested that the master work in a way that was convenient for him. The service took about 17 minutes.: they trimmed the tips with a typewriter and refreshed the cut on my face, so that the hair on my face turned out to be longer than the cut from behind (unfortunately, I found this at home). As a result, out of the declared haircut + styling service in the salon for 95p from a top master, I received a service on a par with the level of a courtyard hairdresser. The cost of a haircut for an ordinary master was not recalculated for me during the calculation, for a moment To sum up: it was possible to propose a replacement for a master of the same level, so that the expectation/reality effect would not be such a failure. And do not allow specialists with little experience in women's haircuts for women's hair to work, as if there is a difference with men's 🤷♀️
