There is a little bit of everything, I personally did not have enough choice of vegetables. There is a section with eco-products, fermented milk (kefir is called that, it is clear without translation), chilled meat, I found only frozen fish. The only disadvantage is that the labels of many products are in Hungarian, without English, it is difficult to understand the composition of the product and the cooking method.
