We arrived with my wife in Astana for three days. We decided to walk around the city and have a snack at one time. I have already been to Nurzhol Boulevard a couple of times. I liked it very much. I decided to take my wife there. The weather was great. We saw all the sights and decided to have dinner. We just caught sight of the Pro Khinkali sign. We are long-time fans of Novikov chain restaurants, but we have never gone to Pro Khinkali yet. Although we also have this restaurant in our city. We decided that now is just the perfect opportunity to combine business with pleasure and fill the gap. We went inside. The establishment is located on two floors. We were given a guided tour. They showed the interior features and explained what they mean. Then we were escorted to a table. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere and dim lights. They gave us a menu and didn't leave it for long. My wife chose a Georgian salad with walnuts, Khachapuri in Adjarian style. I ordered a compote and wanted to order khinkali of each flavor one at a time. I was told that this is not allowed. At least you can order khinkali of any taste, three at a time. I decided that I would have lamb, horse meat, cheese and tomatoes, and mushrooms. A total of 12 pieces. A lot, but okay. We decided that my wife and I would eat together. After a few minutes, they brought us compote and salad for my wife, and a little later Khachapuri in Adjarian style. My wife liked the salad. We ate khachapuri together. The waiter immediately mixed all the ingredients in the boat in front of us. They turned into a homogeneous mass that was super tasty. Then, about 15 minutes later, Khinkali was brought to us. I have long considered the standard in the world of Khinkali to be those served in the Old Man Khinkalych restaurant. So, these turned out to be just as good. Khinkali with cheese is even better. Khinkali with mutton and khinkali with mushrooms are the same, plus or minus. There is no horse meat in Khinkalych, so I cannot compare it. The only thing is that I didn't like the Matsoni sauce here. It's kind of liquid. Well, I didn't like that you can't order one Khinkali of each taste. I could barely squeeze 10 pieces into myself. My wife ate 2 pieces. And I wanted more dessert. There is a dessert display case at the entrance. They look very appetizing. But after so many Khinkali, I had to forget about dessert. We ate our fill. We were even a little glad that the car was parked a few kilometers from the restaurant. There is an opportunity to digest a little dinner until we reach the car. We asked for the bill. It turned out to be only 31,500 tenge. In rubles, this is approximately 5,100 rubles. I think it's inexpensive. Now there is a reason to go to this restaurant in my native Omsk. I'll give this restaurant the highest rating.

It was interesting to have lunch at the Pro.Khinkali Novikova in Astana. A new restaurant with a beautiful interior, excellent service and delicious food! The table by the window, which I liked, was booked, but the waitress clarified that the reservation was only from 19:00 and if I had time to have lunch, I could sit down. Well done - the right tactic. Ordered: - Beef borscht (super, very tasty, served with sour cream, brisket, two pieces of lavash, onion, garlic, parsley - excellent!) - Fried khinkali with lamb (very good! And I would say that it tastes better than in Pro.Khinkali in Moscow). - Almond tart (It's just great! I ate it with great pleasure).

The best place with Georgian cuisine in Astana! Khinkali is delicious, juicy, and hot! Khachapuri is also beyond praise. But I would like to mention the staff and service separately: even among the Kazakh hospitality, it was very pleasant, they really take care of you here. In general, I recommend it 100%.%
