We really enjoyed our vacation here. Friendly, hospitable, friendly hosts. The rooms have everything: toilet,shower,TV, air conditioning. There is also a Wi-Fi connection in the rooms. The sea is not far from 600-700 meters. There are plenty of shops, cafes, canteens all around . If you don't want to cook yourself, you can eat nearby in the dining room. There are all Russian central channels. The place is quiet and peaceful, for a family holiday. We've been coming here for years. I want to come back here.

It's a great place, we've been staying here for years, Gayane's mom and Albert's son are very friendly people, the rooms are like in Greece, air conditioning, shower, spacious room,floor-to-ceiling windows, stretch ceilings.The price and quality are simply excellent, the garden is excellent,tangerine trees,feijoa, grapes, bay leaf, Albert will definitely cut a very large bouquet of bay leaves upon departure.There is a transfer from both Sukhum and Adler.And what kind of coffee will you be offered brewed in a copper turk ?..there are no words))) Wi-Fi Internet flies faster than at home... I recommend it)))

A great place to relax, the sea is 5 minutes away, a cafe,a canteen near the house,shops. Hospitable hosts. It's like home. Guided tours at your request. Thank you for the warm welcome!
