I had a very disappointing experience before the holidays. I left the salon without any coating, even regular polish, which smudged while I was still there. The master said my nails were in bad condition, mentioned acid damage and even mold, but could not clearly explain or show it. I later consulted several other salons, and none of the specialists confirmed these claims — my nails were considered normal and the manicure was done without any issues. I am a calm and understanding client, and I would have accepted rescheduling or being transferred to another master if the specialist was unwell or not in the right condition to work. What disappointed me most is that the administrator did not make an effort to properly review the situation and immediately sided with the master, without explaining how a professional could fail to apply even regular polish properly. I do not recommend this master, and I hope additional training in guest relations will help the administrator avoid such service failures in the future.

I do not recommend going to Svetlana. I've never ever had my cuticules looked so bad and treated so terribly bad, not gentle, felt like wood sanding, rough cuts, blood. I get it, it may happen sometimes, but the overall result was not worth it at all. Nails looked and felt better before the manicure. I did not do polish or gel. photos -1st and 2 day after manicure. I literally did not do anything with my hands, no cleaning, washing dishes, cooking. Healing took me more than a week. P.S. I also went to Daria, everything was good, but did not compensate for the last experience.
