We have been visiting the clinic since 2022. The best clinic in Grodno. They are professionals in their field. I read the comments from 1*! Either these are competitors or isolated cases. The staff is always polite, always prompt and answer any question! There has never been rudeness, and even more so an indifferent attitude. This is the only clinic in Grodno where they really treat and know their business. They don't take money out of the air and don't show off! I would like to thank the Aibolit clinic represented by Ilya Vladimirovich Gulida, a surgeon, and Anna Viktorovna Minkevich, a doctor, for the operation to remove the uterine pyometra, as well as for their attentiveness and kind attitude! Our dog Darcy is 13 years old, a Miniature Schnauzer breed. I was advised to go to the clinic for two reasons: I needed an urgent operation and a good surgeon. I didn't know anything about the Aibolit clinic before, but I ventured to call to describe the situation and diagnosis. They listened to me on the phone and promised to contact the surgeon to find an opportunity to perform the operation. I was really waiting for an answer... Imagine my surprise when I was informed that the operation was scheduled for tomorrow. I already had all the necessary tests and ultrasounds on hand. I was warned about all the risks of the operation. Darcy was taken away for surgery, and I waited. After the operation, Ilya Vladimirovich offered a two-hour drip. The IV was put on by Anna Viktorovna. And again, my surprise: the clinic uses automatic ivs with an electronic scoreboard. I haven't even seen them in ordinary hospitals. After the IV, I took Darcy home. Before leaving, the necessary injections were given. And they were already waiting for us at the clinic the next day. Judging by Darcy's condition, the future prognosis for recovery was favorable. And yesterday, on the 10th day, Darcy's stitches were already removed. She feels good, and I feel even better because I have the opportunity to leave this review!

I had a chance to visit this clinic twice in a week. Unfortunately, the final impression remained negative. The first appointment was quite tolerable: the doctor was friendly, the cat himself reacted positively to her, too, treatment was prescribed and an examination was carried out. However, the feeling of haste and the lack of explanations about where to inject the injections and where to store the syringes filled with the medicine was immediately noted. The second visit was forced, as the pet's condition worsened. This time, the reception was extremely negative - a complete lack of service. The doctor, whose last name I did not remember due to discouragement, showed outright rudeness and neglect. Phrases like, "well, this is your animal, you get it and keep it," sounded so rude that even the cat, who is usually affectionate to everyone, began to show fear of the doctor's behavior. We have visited other clinics more than once, and we know how specialists can behave. As a result of the visit, the drug was discontinued and the temperature was measured. Half of the cost of the initial inspection was paid for this. Dear staff, you should not aggravate the state of stress that both the animal and the owners have with your behavior.

The inspection includes a cursory glance at the animal. They don't bother to look at it properly. After such an examination, my dog and I visited several more clinics. The owner Ilya is rude, and the staff is the same. There is only commerce here, unfortunately, there is no talk of any love for animals.

That's what happened to our cat after being treated with injections at this clinic, because I'll prescribe injections for any sores, and they won't take a medical history and prescribe pills about it, knowing that cats are at risk. With larger cysts, you will simply be sent home, they say, it will resolve, although they are in a non-hormonally dependent place. You can prescribe an ultrasound yourself, not knowing that it is uninformative at the risk of cancer, and of course your money will make it for you. And then, if you want to cut it out, Dale will not recommend contacting an oncologist for a biopsy and diagnosis, although there is such a doctor in Grodno. But apparently in this clinic it is not profitable to lose clients at the cost of a pet's life. That's how we treated the cat's finger. Extensive cysts developed in the injection area, and when we got the time, as we were assured that everything would pass, everything developed into sarcoma. Already in other clinics, we realized that we had only wasted time on incompetent veterinarians in this area. It is a pity that the life of our animals is important only to the owners, and the rest only earn from it. The cat died. Perhaps with such a diagnosis, we would not have been able to save her, but this clinic, with its incompetence, deprived us even of the opportunity to fight for her life.

There is no interest in treatment at the vet clinic, I have been to various doctors there. Then another cat, which itched itself to the meat. I asked 3 times if this food REALLY helps if the cat has a food allergy, the answer is yes. As a result, another clinic said that this food was useless. They said that my cat has problems with her head and that's all) Then I have to think for myself what to do with my cat and how to treat her. Then, after looking at the blood tests, they said that my cat had heart problems and I needed to do an ultrasound, although her heart parameters were normal and another clinic said that I did not need to do this. They vaccinated the cat and the chip, they didn't scan the chip when they inserted it, and I saw a review here that they didn't find the chip in the dog, and I won't find it in my cat either. The prices here are still divine compared to other clinics, but there are incompetent doctors who DO NOT KNOW how to treat animals.

People, take care of yourself and your pets from this clinic and its doctors.They are not competent and not professional, they only know how to talk nonsense and put up price tags for unnecessary procedures, examinations and consultations. 0 help was provided to the animal, you just know that an ultrasound is mandatory, they did everything except the heart (in which there was a problem and all the symptoms were confirmation of this), they said that your dog is old and expect her death. But we did not give up and turned to another vet clinic, where as soon as we arrived they told us without examinations that there was a 100% heart problem and conducted all examinations, prescribed treatment and our dog is on the mend.
