Very disappointed. The staff wasn’t polite and the rules were strange with no flexibility at all. We couldn’t keep a phone (this is the “rule”) even though we needed it for emergencies (small kid). They also wanted us to wear eye covers that didn’t look clean and gave no other option (its is also the “rule” you can’t just close eyes and we also can’t give you packed new covers they said) and refused to start the game. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. We’re all adults, not kids, so the “you must do this or that” attitude felt unnecessary. Very bad experience.

We visited the Casino Robbery quest with a team of 2 people in early March. Of the advantages: - good location, close to the metro; - nice and polite receptionists. Of the cons: - there are no discounts and bonuses for birthday; - the quest consists of only one small room (feels like 2x2 m); - there are many items that are not related to riddles, which only confuse; - very hacky quest mechanics: everything is built on combination locks. You find the code, you pick up the lock, the code, the lock, and so on in a circle; - it's impossible to guess where to start. The number of objects and locks at some point leads to a stupor, you start to deal with just selecting numbers and in the end you ask for a hint, but where do you need to start? - a three-minute track plays on repeat for an hour, which is very tiring; - and, probably, the main disadvantage: exactly one hour after the start of the quest, the receptionist came into the room and said that we had not passed. During the game, we were not hurried in any way, they did not give us hints without our request, there was no clock in the room, they asked us to leave the phones. How were we supposed to navigate through time? And although the receptionist said that we solved the riddles quickly enough, and that we only had two locks left to open, nevertheless she stopped the game and asked to leave the room. The impression of the game was ruined. Having several years of experience in quests, I can say that this quest is not worth the money. Some riddles are simply impossible to solve if you don't know the answer in advance. I do not recommend you to visit.
