I studied at this driving school. Theory training took place very quickly, 2.5 months from the beginning of theory to passing the last test. Everything is organized clearly and comfortably for the students. Driving started a month after the start of training. Everything is on time and on time. I would like to express my special gratitude to the instructor. All the instructors at this driving school are adequate (according to the reviews of other students with whom I studied) But I recommend the instructor, Vladislav Plyasunov. I did not drive before the start of driving school, I handed over everything from the first time to the traffic police. The classes were very comfortable, the hours were rolled back according to the stated ones. Vladislav is very patient and has a sense of humor. So feel free to choose the 7th region and go to Vladislav.

I just finished my studies and recently took back my driver's license. I would like to express my deep gratitude to this driving school for its honest and prompt work. My theory was led by Radchikov V.V., he competently presented information and gave examples from life, he knows how to motivate and show why it is important to comply with traffic regulations. A huge plus was the opportunity to combine driving and studying at a convenient time for me. I went to practice with Vladislav, where everything was clear and calm. There is no tension or anxiety behind the wheel, everything is positive. In addition to studying the basis for the practical exam, they gave tips for the future. And again, they stressed the importance of safe driving. I also want to thank Ekaterina for her support at the traffic police, where we were escorted. The exam was held in comfort and without nerves, which is very important. Great driving school, I didn't regret my choice. If I had the chance, I would choose them again!

I strongly do not recommend this driving school. At the end of May, I signed up for training in the morning group at 115 Derzhinsky Street. By phone, the employee confirmed the start of classes on June 1. Based on this information, I urgently issued a medical certificate and abandoned other driving school options in the second half of June. Then I came to the Surganova Street office to sign the contract. They informed me that the start of classes was postponed to June 9th. I had to change my work and personal plans, but I was understanding about it. On Saturday, the group receives a message on Viber with an invitation to a meeting on Surganova. I'm clarifying why Surganova, if she signed up for Derzhinsky. In response, they ask me a question: "What are you holding on to?" After that, it turns out that the group is on hold only on June 15th, as the group is not recruited. At the same time, they could not give me any guarantees that the date would not be postponed again. Moreover, the staff themselves reported that there were only about four people in the group out of the required ten. As a result, I lost almost two weeks of waiting and the opportunity to enroll in another driving school that I had originally considered. If the problems with the group's recruitment had been reported honestly and in a timely manner, I could have made a decision sooner and not wasted time. When I tried to discuss the situation and find out what guarantees exist that there will be no more postponements, I did not receive a clear answer. I started asking all the questions on the same Saturday. During the correspondence, the staff simply stopped responding. I also dropped a screenshot that the group on June 1 at Dzerzhinsky is still hanging on the site, and they sent me a photo from their computer, where the information is completely different. To which I said that I was dumping information from my device to you, and for what reason you have other information here. I didn't get an answer again. At the same time, no one said that the working day ends on Saturday at 3 p.m., no one warned that Sunday and Monday are days off at the driving school, and no one wrote an elementary phrase.: "We will contact you on Tuesday." They just stopped responding. The dialogue was cut off in mid-sentence. When I asked for information about the return of documents and work schedule in order to pick up my documents and submit them to another driving school, there was also no response. As a result, for two days I was in complete uncertainty, not understanding how and when I could get my documents back. In fact, I was just left without feedback in the middle of an unfinished conversation. It's not even the transfer of the group that angers me, there are transfers in any organization, and it's normal to start a dialogue and not finish it. This is already a matter of the quality of service and attitude towards people. Teach employees how to communicate with the client to the end. If the dialog is started, it must be terminated. Even a simple message that the working day was over and communication would continue on Tuesday would solve the situation and show respect for the client. I concluded for myself that I do not want to continue cooperation with this driving school. I'm taking the documents away and I can't recommend this driving school. I want to mention the reviews separately. Before signing the contract, I carefully studied the rating and reviews of this driving school. They influenced my choice in many ways. However, after personal experience of communication, constant postponements, lack of clear information and actual ignoring of the client, it is extremely difficult for me to compare the reviews I saw with the level of service I encountered. Therefore, now I have great doubts about the objectivity of many positive reviews.
