В данном салоне мне отказались продавать телефон без сим-карты. Сначала я пыталась отказаться, так как потребности покупать сим-карту у меня нет. По итогу была вынуждена согласиться, так как без нее телефон не продают. И что вы думаете дальше было? У меня нет с собой оригинала паспорта. Поэтому я ушла с салона без ничего. Книгу жалоб мне также не дали, сказали её нет. Навязывание дополнительных товаров или услуг при покупке основного товара нарушение закона! Абсурд какой-то.
