We had a terrible experience at Elif Plaza. We were told that we could pay by card through Booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said the card was not accepted and insisted on cash payment in USD or Uzbek som. The staff doesn’t speak English and can’t even handle basic math. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they only care about getting extra money. I definitely do not recommend this place!

When calling the specified place, I'm sorry, it can only be called a hotel in appearance, they informed us about the availability of places for a family and the price was announced by an employee of 450 t.soums, upon arrival there was no room for a family of 4 people and they offered a 3-seater, attention for 800 t.soums! I don't know if it's a local flavor or a raspi...vo, but the reality is this! The advantage of the photo is the condition of the room and the lack of an equipped shower - the water runs in all directions, because there is no cabin, and there is no sound insulation at all

The hotel is terribly dirty!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! The toilet in the room is broken, the staff is very rude, they hardly speak Russian, they don't help with anything. Plus, they stole our shoes, and eventually the director came and started worrying that I wouldn't look after the slippers, but in the end they were Chanel sandals. They called their precinct officer, who also deceived them that they would give compensation, and in the end, he also did not help with anything, they were all purchased simply. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's better to stay in a hostel than at their hotel, and by the way, they only accept cash, not a dollar, not a card, nothing passes.
