Yesterday I visited the Halva cafe with my friend. Unfortunately, I had some very unpleasant impressions. The service was at a low level: the waiters constantly forgot something, and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the order to arrive or come to the table. I ordered a kesme, and it arrived cold. She asked to replace it, but instead it was simply heated in the microwave, which greatly spoiled the taste. They also wanted to order sushi, but the waiter said they didn't have any. However, after 40 minutes, we saw how sushi was brought to other guests, which is puzzling. It seems that the staff simply ignores the guests: other waiters pretend not to notice. I do not recommend this establishment. Management should pay attention to the work of employees and the quality of service.

There were a lot of bad comments, but I decided to go anyway, and I don't regret my choice at all! top-level service: dishes are prepared quickly, a wide range of dishes themselves, responsive and polite waiters, there are tables and separate rooms. I also want to allocate a clean bathroom and prayer rooms. I didn't see any disadvantages at all, it's a very cozy place for gatherings with loved ones. I believe that you should not believe all the bad reviews, but enjoy sitting in a pleasant Halva atmosphere)
