My husband and I liked both the shawarma and the hospitality of the manager👍 First of all, he told us everything, asked about the garlic sauce (which is great because I'm allergic to it), and helped us choose it. As a result, we took barbecue shawarma and cottage cheese (I don't remember the names literally) But it was super delicious! There was also the opportunity to sit outside at tables - well, beauty! Definitely, this place is worth a visit.

We took the "Meat Mix". This is not a shawarma. Shawarma is a balanced combination of fried chicken, vegetables, sauce and pita bread. There is no skewer (it happens), how the chicken is cooked is not borrowed, but it is definitely not fried. For some reason, huge chunks of smoked sausages were added (fine, thin slices). Very few vegetables. Everything floats in mayonnaise (hence the large weight of the product and the price). And to top it all off, the lavash is dipped into a deep fryer. After that, it turns into a greasy brittle crust that crumbles in all directions when you bite IT. We are surprised how it was possible to spoil the recipe of the healthiest and tastiest street food to such an extent. I give one star in the hope that the institution will either change the sign or learn how to make shawarma.

Shawarma is just bombastic) We stopped by with my husband on the way from Minsk to see the city and have a snack, we are glad that we came to shaurma_broy. I haven't seen anything like this in Minsk, since the shawarma itself is deep-fried, so it turns out to be as crispy as possible) In addition, the very pleasant host, even before cooking, suggested that my husband try and choose the sauce according to his taste and sharpness, which, by the way, he makes himself!!! And the filling itself is a delight- there is a lot of meat, as many as four types of meat ingredients, pickled onion and cucumber and a delicious sauce. In short, yumka) It's so nice that there are people in small towns who put their whole soul and skill into their business) I wish you further prosperity and expansion, I would like to have a similar institution in Minsk too)
