Apparently, they are somehow in cooperation with the director of the bus station and are not luring customers away. After explanations and clarifications of the "welcome" from the director, they agreed to take us. The key thing was that the tickets were purchased online) So if you are traveling with a transfer in Aktobe, be prepared for nerves and misunderstandings)) In general, the staff is polite, the interior and exterior are clean, the prices at the stall are not exorbitant. 🤠
