As it was, this square was somewhat disappointed with its unjustified name in honor of our emperor and the fact that after passing here from the Charlie checkpoint and seeing a huge number of magnificent sights along the way, we met a Soviet-type square surrounded by concrete buildings and unique except for the huge number of transport routes in this hub, ranging from bus routes to railway stations.There is also a metro with trams. Even the Berlin Night Food Fair, which took place during our visit, resembled only a large nativity scene with food tents from different parts of the World. But nothing attracted us here and we had to go to a steakhouse on the adjacent street. The only thing is that it's a good idea to visit the Berlin version of the Ostankino TV Tower next to the square, but there's no access at night.
