My fiancée -Giovanna, a famous Italian pianist and a good friend of M. Dzago, has visited this place yesterday evening with a friend. Unfortunately the experience was very poor and under the standard for the level that this restaurant positions itself. Giovanna and her friend ordered three small cocktails for an average price of 1000r per one, only to find themselves heavily intoxicated today. The cocktails also had some sort of oily residue on the surface, which already seemed strange and unpleasant. Now I’m currently with her at the medical clinic where she will receive anti-toxic medication treatment. Doctor says that the reason is low quality of alcohol. For me this situation is infuriating and I’m very much upset that Giovanna has received this level of standard yesterday evening. Cherry on top - I came by later yesterday evening to collect the girls, only to find that the staff were unable to provide me a chair to sit down, even for 15 minutes before we left, despite there being plenty of free chairs around available. Absolutely disappointed with the standard unfortunately, I expected better from a flagship Lucky Group restaurant. I left 2 stars, not 1, because the food, I must say, was of high standard and well made.

Manager or hostess incompetence always makes a worse impression of the best places on the planet. Who ever trains the staff of this place needs to do a better job especially the hostesses and mangers who suppose to make the clients feel comfortable. 🤮
