Хожу не первый год в эту студию очень довольна, что есть такое прекрасное место у дома, небольшой уютный зал для персональных тренировок. Не люблю огромные фитнес залы, где толпа народа. Здесь как раз персональная раздевалка с душем и личный тренер, который всегда подскажет как правильно выполнить упражнение, а, также даст рекомендации по питанию и напоминание о соблюдении режима тренировок. Иногда вот нужен такой "волшебный пендель". Видела там есть детский уголок, так что можно прийти и с ребенком, если не с кем оставить. Постоянным клиентам есть постоянная приятная скидка на продление абонемента и плюс 2 занятия в подарок за привод друга. Смогла из 52 размера перебраться в 46. Результат как говориться на лицо. Рекомендую от души.

Очень классная студия для тренировок. Очень удобное расположение рядом с метро. Приветливые девочки администраторы всегда предложат чай или кофе с собой после тренировки. Хожу к тренеру Яна. Очень внимательный тренер и каждая тренеровка что-то новое. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению.
