A lot of HYPE about this place but ut doesn't worth going there at all , stuff is aggressive, not respectful at all to guests, have been waiting for menu 30-40 mins , then for order 40-50 , we reserved table with stage but end up getting table mid of nowhere , HORRIBLE experience twice, im not advising to go there

Unfortunately, the New Year's Eve celebration in this restaurant left an extremely disappointing impression. Let's start with the organization. She was frankly weak. We were sitting not far from the stage, but the presenter worked exclusively with the middle of the hall, as if the rest of the guests simply did not exist. At the same time, the sound was of terrible quality. He was deaf, drowned out, and created discomfort instead of a festive atmosphere. The show program hardly interacted with the audience. The music was sad and dreary, the kind that made you want to fall asleep rather than celebrate the New Year. Nobody said anything about the fireworks. The host did not invite the guests to go outside, there was no common moment. The New Year's Eve celebration caused a special disappointment. The president's congratulations were constantly lagging and shutting down. There was no normal countdown, no chiming. As a result, the main moment of the year turned out to be blurred. Now about the food. The pitch was very expensive, but very poor. For example, a phalanx of crab was served on an empty plate with only lemon and sauce for an impressive sum. No design, no aesthetics. The tables were initially completely empty, without any decorations. And only in the course of the evening did they start bringing vases with flowers, which looked belated and strange. The quality of the dishes also failed to meet expectations. Olivier for 10,000 tenge turned out to be unsalted and tasteless, without any festive taste. Overall, the food was mediocre and the serving was weak. Result. No festive atmosphere, no high-quality service, no compliance with the stated price. Everything that was happening wasn't worth the money at all. Unfortunately, New Year's Eve here has become an example of how not to organize a holiday.
