Everyone goes to the fitting rooms with a bunch of things, but for some reason only I was scolded for this and told "no more than three things in the fitting room." Not a single consultant, except for this new girl, has ever approached anyone and talked about this rule. I understand everything, but if such a rule applies, then it should apply to everyone. They left a very bad impression, and unfortunately not for the first time. Sometimes at the checkout you don't understand something, sometimes near the fitting rooms. Now I'm definitely not coming to this store anymore, thank you!

After such people, you don't want to buy anything. Review your staff on how they communicate with people.
