I had a massage at Alexandra's studio 53 today and I want to leave a few kind words from the bottom of my heart. It feels very good when a person is just doing their job, but when they really love what they are doing and are attentive to people. Alexandra is just such a specialist. After the massage, I literally felt the tension in my neck and shoulders release, it became easier to straighten my chest, breathe deeper — as if my body had finally exhaled a little. But I especially liked more than just that.
