A family-run hotel , small but cozy . My own cafe , where the food is very tasty and inexpensive . Very kind and pleasant hosts . We were greeted like family members , late at night , and even fed , even though the cafe had been closed for a long time . The room is clean, spacious, all accessories are in place. In the morning we saw a very cozy courtyard with swings and a pool with fish. The cafe has its own veranda with tables under a canopy, a manual area , and there is also a toilet and a place to wash your hands. We stayed here in August 2025. I didn't like it at all. A two-room suite. The rooms are small. The only equipment is air conditioning. There is not even a small TV. The refrigerator is only on the floor at the end of the corridor. If you want to heat something up, then go and ask for a cafe, there is no microwave and kettle either. The sockets are extremely inconveniently located, near the bed only on one side, and in the second room there is only one outlet at all. The bathroom is a separate story. The mirror above the sink is small, there is no shelf for accessories. The outlet is always occupied by a water heater. The toilet paper holder is located in the opposite corner of the room from the toilet bowl, which is generally a masterpiece. You can write a whole article about cleanliness in general: the windows are all stained, dust has already gathered in pellets under the furniture, the air conditioner has also not been serviced for a long time and works like a tractor. Wi-fi slows down, although there are few guests in August. The cafe is also not up to par. The assortment does not shine with variety, you will try everything in a few days, and then only repeat. And the quality and taste are closer to the dining room, which cannot be said about the prices. When we complained about the over-salted khinkali, Alexander (the owner) hurried to explain to us that their supplier of semi-finished products does everything according to GOST and we are wrong. Just like that: "You're wrong." Well, I would have tried it myself. Maybe it was good here once, but not now. This is not our first time in these parts and we have stayed in many places. The price-quality ratio is low.

We stayed in this small family hotel 3 times in 2019, in 2023, and one day in 2025. A modest, cozy, quiet place. No luxurious views, no additional services and other tinsel. But if your family needs an inexpensive, quiet place, this is it. Clean rooms, air conditioners, on-site cafes, places to relax in the form of a covered veranda, laundry 200 rubles, 15 minutes walk to the sea. For a family of 4, they have a lovely two-room suite, small but enough for us. I recommend it to those who have enough beds, air conditioning and a shower) and I also want to be away from the noisy crowd. The rest of the vacation days we lived in another hotel, because the children grew up and began to miss the TV, pool and entertainment)

There is a cafe under the hotel, it is noisy in the evening on some days. There are few people, but not a few. The Internet (Wi-Fi) is frankly weak. TV is not in every room and via the Internet (taking into account the weak Wi-Fi, consider that it is not available during rush hour ...). Refrigerators are only in double rooms, in family rooms - on the floor. The tap water is excellent, you can drink it. The bathroom and shower are excellent. It's close to the sea. We love Abkhazia very much! We usually rested in Pitsunda, this summer we decided to go 10 days away to Ochamchira after Lidzawa. A wonderful place, quiet, peaceful, children have something to do on the territory of the hotel. VERY tasty food in the cafe! The prices pleased me too. Tangerine juice, desserts - at the highest level) The rooms have everything you need, clean and tidy. Cleaning on request, laundry is not expensive. It was convenient with the children. The Internet would be a little better, but this is a problem, as I understand it, in the whole of Abkhazia. It's a great place. We stayed with them for 2 weeks in 2019 and 2021. I really liked that a few people, especially on the beach, are always well fed, well-developed infrastructure (near the market, shops, telecom operators, wine shops, gas stations, even animators for other children ordered). I discovered that if on the way to the sea children do not see sweets, toys and all kinds of buns for sale, then they do not want them)). Everything is fine with this, which you can't say about the fancy resorts of our country, where until you reach the sea you can become impoverished by a couple of thousand and still have to stay)).
