To be honest, when I was at this airport in 2024, I liked the airport very much, I was there 1 more time later, it's always convenient when you can easily get to the city by metro from the terminal, as I remember, the staff is very polite and friendly, things are not the same at other airports, Vnukovo is not the same and the friendly staff. Passport control was quickly completed, fortunately the staff knew Russian, one of the best airports in my opinion. P.S. There are no disadvantages

The airport is bright and comfortable. It is convenient (very convenient, in fact) that you can get to terminal N2 by metro (metro station "Letische Sofia", yellow line). There is a smoking area to the left of exit B2, opposite the Relay Food store. The staff is very friendly and courteous (at least for +/- 10 times of arrival and departure from the airport, there were no others). Photo of "Miasto za pushene" (Smoking area) is attached. P.S. From terminal N2 to terminal N1, you can take a free shuttle (as well as in the opposite direction).

In Sheremetyevo, the workers have a good eye, they will not run around without a reason. And somehow it's always calm in Sheremetyevo. There is no simple understanding of passengers in the airport. Employees work with people as with things, like boxes of tomatoes.. And this is in all directions, not only in Moscow. There is knocking everywhere, sharp and loud commands.Men are forced to take off their belts. With a special ability to mock at the same time.
